As well as antimony trioxide powder in bags, bulk, soluble pillow bags and wetted antimony, we also produce ready-to-use flame retardant masterbatches. These ready-to-use solutions considerably simplify the use of flame retardants in your production process: the flame retardant components are already dispersed in a polymer matrix or plasticiser, allowing you to add the products in controlled, dosed quantities, dust-free. This cuts down on cleaning work and the risk of production losses, and at the same time you achieve better dispersion and greater safety.

Custom solutions for every application

We produce flame retardant masterbatches based on various polymers (e.g. PE, EVA, PP, PVC, PBT, PA, SAN or HIPS), with different compositions and grain sizes and ATO dispersions based on various plasticisers. In this way we create flame retardant solutions for a wide range of applications.

  • Monobatches with a single active FR component (e.g. antimony trioxide, melamine cyanurate or zinc borate).
  • Masterbatches with combinations of different flame retardant components (halogenated or halogen-free) for the necessary fire resistance in various applications.
  • The grain size, grain distribution, concentration, polymers in which we disperse the ATO and polymer type are all open to discussion and adaptable.
  • Traditional flame retardant masterbatches contain halogenated flame retardants. These are very efficient in small doses and attractively priced. We also produce low halogen” or completely halogen-free masterbatches.
