In July 2022, Campine recycled Polymers (CrP) has joined the group CAMPINE. The former Campine recycled Polymers was created in 1988 in Villefranche-sur-Saône, and has become expert in top-of-the-range rPP compounds. Recycled Polypropylene (rPP) compounds are produced by recycling post-production and post-consumer waste. Pioneer since 1994 in the introduction of recycled Polypropylene in the automotive market, a large selection of our compounds are approved by the main automotive manufacturers and their suppliers. Our Recycled Polypropylene products are also used in fields such as building and civil industry, horticulture, packaging or industrial equipment. Thanks to more than 30 years of experience in PP recycling, Campine recycled Polymers is a reliable player in the circular economy dedicated to plastics industry.

Regularity, homogeneity, satisfaction of your highest demands: Campine recycled Polymers produces the high-end of the market.

Efficient recycling solutions for your Polypropylene waste

We recycle your Polypropylene waste and scrap to transform them into top-of-the-range rPP compound. Post-consumption or post-industrial waste, production purges, shred of battery cases, vehicle bumpers, bottle caps…we have the know-how to renew the materials. Campine recycled Polymers is the preferred partner for Polypropylene recycling for manufacturers, reclaimers, sorting centres, shredders, etc.

A diagnosis of your plastics waste and scrap streams enables us to set up a global recovery service adapted to your company. We quickly decide if your materials meet our needs and establish together the best conditions to meet your expectations. We can provide you with storage containers (skips, wire mesh boxes, FMA) and manage logistics. Our procedures guarantee complete traceability: Campine recycled Polymers will provide you with a certificate of the effective and responsible treatment of the waste and waste that you have entrusted to us.

Campine recycled Polymers provides reliable solutions for the sustainable recycling of Polypropylene and contributes to a more responsible European supply of raw materials.

Classified for the Protection of the Environment, our plant in Villefranche-sur-Saône has the following certifications:

  • ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management Systems;
  • ISO 14001:2015 for environmental requirements;
  • OSHAS 18001:2007 for the prevention of Health and Safety risks.

Campine recycled Polymers, pioneer and recognized expert in high value-added Polypropylene

Campine recycled Polymers offers a global service for the recycling of Polypropylene waste (urban and industrial waste such as vehicle bumpers, non-compliant products, production scrap or purges from multiple industries, etc.). They are collected from suppliers of various sizes, ranging from large industrial groups to small waste collectors. Each waste stream is analysed in order to confirm its recyclability.

In our plant, waste is prepared, sorted and shredded in order to homogenize its preparation for recycling. Our complete installation allows us to process all dimensions of waste and thus offer custom work services. During its recycling by extrusion, Polypropylene is heated to 260°C and passes through a screw and then through a die, in order to bring the material back to life.

The unique know-how of our Campine recycled Polymers subsidiary comes during the extrusion phase, with its expertise in “compounding”, making it possible to give products technical specifications with high added value. The technical teams have developed a technological offer with a range of more than 70 references (or “grade”) designed to meet the specific needs of each customer.

Why prefer recycled Polypropylene compound (rPP)?

The first phase of our process involves meeting with our suppliers, to establish the best conditions to meet their expectations as well as the analysis of the proposed material, in order to propose an adapted logistics management and predict the production quality that will result from their materials.

Consistency, uniformity, satisfaction of the highest requirements: our products make it possible to meet a large number of existing requests… and we innovate for others. We also apply the same rigor in sales logistics as in our purchasing. Too often neglected, logistics is one of our key commitments.

Used in a wide range of everyday applications, Polypropylene is a plastic material produced from oil. It is not biodegradable but can be recycled on a large scale. Recycling limits the use of natural resources and reduces the fossil energy consumption required for its production.

Campine recycled Polymers is member of plastics recyclers association at French level : SRP (syndicat regenerateurs de matières plastiques.  https://www.srprecycle.com/ ) and European level  PRE ( plastics recyclers Europe). https://www.plasticsrecyclers.eu/
